EcoLearn Foundation
EcoLearn Foundation is a nonprofit utility and education initiative dedicated to advancing ecological infrastructure, clean water protection, renewable energy, and environmental education in rural communities. By combining wastewater treatment, solar energy generation, rainwater harvesting, and wetlands restoration with year-round workshops and scholarship-funded educational programs, EcoLearn creates a closed-loop, grant-funded model that serves both recreation facilities and the public.
The Foundation’s first projects will be located in distressed areas of North Carolina, where groundwater contamination, outdated septic systems, and limited access to renewable power present urgent challenges. By building modular wastewater treatment plants (WWTPs), solar-powered RV and parking canopies, and rainwater reuse systems, EcoLearn will reduce septic dependence, protect natural resources, generate sustainable revenue, and inspire the next generation through hands-on environmental learning.
Mission Statement
